The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by the Company whether on the Platform or otherwise.

By using the Platform and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Platform.

Create or update your account on the Platform, which may include your name, email, phone number, login name and password, address, payment or banking information, date of birth and profile picture. If you sign in to the Platform through third-party sign-in services such as Facebook, Google Plus or Gmail or any other social networking or similar site (collectively, “SNS”), an option of which may be provided to you by the Company at its sole discretion, you will be allowing us to pass through and receive from the SNS your log-in information and other user data; or
Provide content to us, which may include reviews, ordering details and history, favourite vendors, special merchant requests, contact information of people you refer to us and other information you provide on the Platform (“Your Content”).
Use our Services, we may collect and store information about you to process your requests and automatically complete forms for future transactions, including (but not limited to) your phone number, address, email, billing information and credit or payment card information.
Correspond with the Company for customer support;
Participate in the interactive services offered by the Platform such as discussion boards, promotions or surveys, other social media functions or make payments etc., or
Enable features that require the Company/Platform access to your address book or calendar;

Device Information: We may collect information about the devices you use to access our Services, including the hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, device motion information and mobile network information. Stored information and files: The mobile application (“app”) may also access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your mobile device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts and address book information. If you permit the app to access the address book on your device, we may collect names and contact information from your address book to facilitate social interactions through our services and for other purposes described in this Policy or at the time of consent or collection. If you permit the app to access the calendar on your device, we collect calendar information such as event title and description, your response (Yes, No, Maybe), date and time, location and number of attendees.

Information we receive from other sources -

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as other users, partners (including ad partners, analytics providers, search information providers), or our affiliated companies or if you use any of the other websites/apps we operate or the other Services we provide. We analyse the log files of our Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behaviour on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

DISCLOSURE & DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

With Advertisers and advertising networks: We may work with third parties such as network advertisers to serve advertisements on the Platform and on third-party websites or other media (e.g., social networking platforms). These third parties may use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons (including clear GIFs), Flash LSOs and other tracking technologies to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalise advertising content to you. While you cannot opt out of advertising on the Platform, you may opt out of much interest-based advertising on third party sites and through third party ad networks (including DoubleClick Ad Exchange, Facebook Audience Network and Google AdSense). DATA SECURITY PRECAUTION

We have in place appropriate technical and security measures to secure the information collected by us.

We use vault and tokenization services from third party service providers to protect the sensitive personal information provided by you. The third-party service providers with respect to our vault and tokenization services and our payment gateway and payment processing are compliant with the payment card industry standard (generally referred to as PCI compliant service providers). You are advised not to send your full credit/debit card details through unencrypted electronic platforms. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a username and password which enables you to access certain parts of the Platform, you are responsible for keeping these details confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Please be aware that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through the Platform. OPT-OUT

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to the use of any product, service or website provided by AIM INDIA. (“Company” “us”), whether we provide it directly or use another party to provide it to you (each, a "Service"). This AUP is designed to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the Company. This AUP also protects the interests of all of our clients and their customers, as well as our goodwill and reputation. By using the Service, you are agreeing to these terms.

Every user/client of ours agrees to abide by this AUP and is responsible for any violations. You are not allowed to assist or engage others in a way that would violate this AUP. We will enforce and ensure compliance with this AUP by using methods we consider to be appropriate, such as complaint and email failure monitoring. Prohibited Actions

You may not and may not facilitate or allow others to use the Services to:
Do anything in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Launch or facilitate, whether intentionally or unintentionally, a denial-of-service attack on the Services or on any third party
Do Phishing or engaging in identity theft
Pose a security or service risk to the Services, to any user of the Services, to any third-party integrations made available via the Services, or to any third party

Proper Usage of the Service

You will respect the limits that apply to your use the Service. In addition, and without limiting the other requirements in this AUP, you may not (directly or indirectly) use the Service with content, or in a manner that:

Encourages, promotes, facilitates or instructs others to engage in illegal activity;
Promotes, encourages, or facilitates: hate speech, violence, discrimination based on race, color, sexual orientation, marital status, gender or identity expression, parental status, religion or creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran status, genetic information, citizenship and/or any other characteristic protected by law.
Organizations or individuals who promote, encourage, or facilitate hate speech, violence, discrimination, either through their own content or through distribution of user generated content, are prohibited from using the Service, regardless of whether the Service is used specifically for the prohibited activities. Violation of these standards may result in termination of your use of the Service.
You are responsible for moderating user generated content or user activity on your platform or service. User generated content that violates these standards may result in termination of your use of the Service.

Any Other Industry declared as illegal by the law of land

Enforcement
